I posted these because they are just interesting. This person was selling all of them as one lot. I have never seen the neckerchiefs below and could very well be common. Although they do have the Lion on them which suggest at least 30 years old.

It's not a neckerchief. It's a hankerchief from the middle 50s. The symbols around the three patches and the WEBELOS Award (the Arrow of Light used to be called that) are taken from the Signs and Codes Achievement in the Bear Cub Scout book.
