Information: I posted this shirt only because I noticed that it didn't have a collar. I'm not sure if this is anything unique to Cub Scout shirts but I haven't seen this in the stores.

The mission of our "Cub Scout Time Capsule" is to find pictures of vintage Cub Scout items that were sold years ago and place them in our virtual online capsule for all to see. We also look for those classic magazine ads using Cub Scouts. We also want to provide detailed information about each item if possible. It was the Golden Era of Scouts when companies used Scouts in ads to sell their products. We try to preserve those images here at our "Cub Scouts Time Capsule"
For a brief time, all of our Scouting shirts were collarless; this allowed the neckerchief to fit better on top of the shirt. Previous to this, Scouts would tuck in the shirt collar and then attach the neckerchief. Present policy is that either the neckerchief is worn under the collar or over the collar, as a unit preference.
